Darryl E. Atkinson

Biography

Darryl E. Atkinson received his undergraduate and law degrees from Baylor University in 1988 and 1993. While at Baylor Law School, he was a member of the Harvey M. Richey Moot Court Society and was elected to the Order of Barristers. Since his licensure, Darryl has represented clients and tried cases involving a wide range of matters, including inverse condemnation, lender liability, toxic torts and product liability, in state and federal courts throughout Texas and has received the highest possible rating from his peers in the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review service. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Austin Bar Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel and Defense Research Institute. Darryl joined the firm in November of 2008, and lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Kari, and their son, Cole.
