Ryan L. Harrison

Biography

Ryan L. Harrison graduated cum laude from Murray State University in 2000 earning degrees in psychology and criminal justice. He received his law degree, with a concentration in litigation and dispute resolution, from Boston University School of Law in 2003. At Boston University, he was named a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar and was an editor of the Annual Review of Banking and Financial Law. He is licensed in California and Texas and focuses his practice on product liability and other complex tort litigation. He has represented Fortune 500 corporations in numerous product liability cases and has represented large companies and nonprofit institutions in lawsuits involving intentional torts. Additionally, he has substantial appellate experience involving writs and civil appeals. Recently, he participated in a secondment program with the District Attorney's office in Marin County, California that allowed him to serve as a Special Deputy District Attorney where he tried a total of seven misdemeanor cases to jury verdicts. Ryan is a member of the American Bar Association, Austin Bar Association and Austin Young Lawyers Association. He joined the firm in April 2010 and resides in Austin, Texas.
