Joshua R. Walker
Biography
Since joining Paine, Tarwater, and Bickers in 2004, Joshua R. Walker has represented entities and individuals in the areas of products liability, toxic torts,
medical malpractice, commercial litigation, estate-related litigation, contract disputes, personal injury, real estate litigation, and other civil litigation
matters at trial and on appeal. He represents clients on a state-wide and regional basis. Josh received his undergraduate degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in
1998 and graduated summa cum laude from The University of Tennessee College of Law in 2003, where he was named a top graduate and elected to the Order of the Coif.
He is a 2008 graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy. Josh lectures on pre-trial, trial, and appellate practice
for continuing legal education seminars in the Knoxville area. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Knoxville Bar Association, for which he serves
on the Continuing Legal Education and Judicial Committees. Josh lives in Knoxville with his wife, Dayna, and sons, Matthew and Nathan.
He is a member of Middlebrook Pike United Methodist Church and is a trombonist with the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra.
