Kelsey C. Osborne received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee in 2012.  She received her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2018. While in law school, Kelsey was a member of Transactions: Tennessee Journal of Business Law and earned certificates of academic excellence in Legal Writing I, Advanced Appellate Advocacy, and Reorganizations and Workouts.

After graduating from law school, Kelsey practiced in Austin, Texas, where she represented clients throughout Central Texas, focusing primarily on construction litigation.

Currently, Kelsey focuses her practice on construction litigation, business litigation, and toxic torts.

Kelsey is active in the Knoxville Bar Association and the East Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women. She lives in Knoxville with her family.
