Thomas H. Jarvis is a native of Knoxville, TN. He received his Bachelor of Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication, cum laude, from the University of Missouri in 2013. He graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2018 and joined the firm that fall.

Prior to attending law school, Tom was the Communications Director for an environmental lobbying federation in Little Rock, AR, which represented various industrial entities.

While at Emory, Tom served as the Notes & Comments Editor of the Emory International Law Review. He was also a member of the Emory International Humanitarian Law Clinic, in which he received a Pro Bono Certificate in recognition of his service to a non-profit organization advocating for civilians in conflict areas worldwide.

Tom’s practice areas include a diverse range of litigation, with a particular focus on toxic torts and products liability.

Tom is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association. He is an avid runner who trains with Knoxville Endurance and enjoys hiking in the Smokies on the weekend.

Tom resides in Knoxville with his wife.
