When an eviction is filed online through Nationwide Eviction, Landlords are responsible for confirming that the county in which the warrant is to be served is correct.  The Nationwide Eviction database automatically populates a county based on the zip code entered by the Landlord.  However, sometimes one zip code may cover multiple counties.  If you are not sure which county your property is located in, or if the county that populates in Nationwide Eviction does not appear correct, please call our office immediately.
